Spring Valley is reasonably close to the Strip and has quick access to almost all parts of the resort corridor. Shopping is dispersed throughout this area. The traffic can be hideous at certain times of day. This area is not really too close to any notable parts of Las Vegas, but it is not too far away from them either. Since traffic must be considered when you are planning a move in Las Vegas, if you do not plan to drive during the peak morning and midday periods, the Spring Valley area is a good spot for you.
