Lake Mead NRA Marinas

The marinas at Lake Mead National Recreation Area are places where visitors can find a meal and other refreshments for their journey through or to Lake Mead and where boaters can park their vehicles and launch their boats.

There were 9 marinas in the Lake Mead NRA, 3 in Arizona and 6 in Nevada; 3 on the Colorado River and 6 on Lake Mead. From the north to south then east, this table has the information and links that should give you a better idea of where you might want to go or which place is best suited for your plans. A very important consideration is that not each place has the same facilities as the other places. For example, Las Vegas Bay Marina has gas only for boats. If you plan to eat lunch at Lake Mead you might want to call ahead to the place you plan to go to find out first if it has what you want.

Everything at Lake Mead is generally open year round at Lake Mead except the campgrounds. These are closed in the summer due to extreme heat and the fact that campers prefer being near the water during the summer months.
