Located among the sand stone pillars of the Seven Sisters. Overlooking the Overton Arm of Lake Mead, The Seven Sisters picnic area is so named because of the seven main outcrops of the red sandstone. The sand and wind sculpted some interesting places in this spot. It is on the way to the eastern entrance of the Valley of Fire and it has picnic and restroom facilities.
