As
the lake was being filled the park remained open to the public and
people were looking forward to theri 'new lake'. Las Vegas has a lot of
lakes for a desert city. But that is why they have lakes, to make the
desert different.
Many
other improvements were made
when the lake was
rejuvenated. This included
things such as new jogging
and exercise paths.
