Circus Circus Hotel and Casino

The Circus Circus was built in 1969. It was built by Jay Sarno. Circus Circus has grown into a rather large company. It also owns the Excalibur, the Luxor and the Mandalay Bay among other properties. This was Sarnos' second project on the Strip. His first was a place called Caesars Palace.
