The North Shore Road is one of the most scenic drives in Southern Nevada. The North Shore Road  is part of Nevada Highway 167. It ends, or begins, if you are starting at the Valley of Fire, at the junction of Nevada highway 147 and continues north to the junction of Nevada Highway 169 at the east entrance to the Valley of Fire.
There are quit a few places to stop and take photos along the North Shore Road. It is highlighted in red on this map.

In the south, it begins at Highway 147 which can be accessed from Interstate 15 in North Las Vegas. In the city it is called Lake Mead Boulevard. In the north it ends at the junction of the Valley of Fire turnoff, Highway 168.
