Since its opening on December 18, 1993, the MGM Grand has been the largest resort in both Las Vegas and the world.

The hotel consists of four 30 story towers, each 280 feet high. There are a total of oMGM Grand, Las Vegas Strip ver 5005 guest rooms. The rates for deluxe guest rooms is from $99 to $15,000 - that's right $15,000.00! 

The casino has over 171,600 square feet of gaming area. The games consist of Blackjack, Craps, Mini-Baccarat, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Bib Six, Caribbean Stud Poker, Let It Ride, Spanish 21, Casino War, Keno, 3700+ gaming/slot/video poker machines and The Race and Sports Book.

100,000 LB Bronze Lion Statue
This 45-foot high lion, perches on a 25-foot pedestal. It is the largest bronze statue in the US.

There are 5 outdoor pools including a gently flowing river! There are also private cabanas, cocktail service and a restaurant open during the summer only.

••• CBS Television City

The first CBS research center, “CBS Television City”, Is located along the resort’s Studio Walk. It features a research center for television pilots, an interactive experience for guests, as well as a full retail shop featuring VH-1, MTV, Nickelodeon and CBS show merchandise, including the hit “Survivor”.

Along with a video wall featuring entertaining programs, theater-style screening rooms and two focus group rooms, Television City houses a state-of-the-art digital home theater of the future from Sony and Blockbuster for public viewing.

Television City is open 12 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year

••• EFX Theatre
The 1,700-seat theatre is home to the $45 million musical special effects theatrical production "EFX ALIVE" starring Grammy and American Music-winning singer, songwriter, musician and actor Rick Springfield.

Springfield made his debut in the show on January 30, 2001. His career credits include 17 singles breaking the Top Twenty such as hits “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” and “Affair of the Heart”.

Rick has starred in numerous television series prior to taking on the role of heartthrob Dr. Noah Drake on the soap opera, General Hospital. Rick followed that with a starring role in the movie, Hard to Hold.

••• La Femme Theatre
“La Femme” debuted on June 14, 2001 for the first time in America. It is direct from the original Crazy Horse in Paris. Since 1951, Crazy Horse has been famous for its productions celebrating beautiful women and the artistry of the nude.

All 13 dancers in the show are members of the original Paris troupe. Trained in ballet, the dancers perfectly integrate into the sensuous, provocative choreography of their performances as their bodies are bathed in richly colored and textured lighting designs.

The La Femme Theatre seats 340.

••• Entertainment Dome
Showcases the Showbar Lounge where high-energy bands perform daily. Continuous light shows on the giant overhead dome and three massive video screens add to the visual excitement of the area.

••• Grand Garden Arena
MGM Grand is home to the 17,157-seat Grand Garden Arena featuring mega concerts, boxing matches and special events including the Fox-Billboard Music Awards, Andre Agassi's Grand Slam for Children Benefit, ESPN ESPY Awards and championship boxing.

The Arena has also hosted world-class concerts including the Rolling Stones, Bette Midler, the Bee Gees, Shania Twain, Eric Clapton and ’N Sync, to name a few

The Grand Garden Arena was the venue for the Barbra Streisand Millennium Concert and the January 1, 2000 Streisand “Timeless” concert.

••• Hollywood Theatre
The intimate 740-seat theatre features legendary headline entertainers nightly, including Tom Jones, Carrot Top, Rodney Dangerfield, George Carlin and more.

••• Studio 54
The reinvention of the legendary nightclub, Studio 54, continues to be an integral part of the entertainment scene at the MGM Grand.

The three-story club features state-of-the-art sound, and well as DJ’s spinning the hottest selection of chart-topping dance music nightly.

Home to a gallery of black and white celebrity photographs taken at the original Studio 54 in New York City during the 1970s.

Open nightly Tuesday through Saturday at 10:00 p.m. for age 21 and older.
